How many properties or establishments can I use with one subscription license?
Individual subscriptions are valid for one property or establishment. For multi property subscriptions you can contact us for a tailored subscription offer.
How do “optional property features” work with the Island Pro subscription?
Subscribers have the possibility to feature and display their property or establishment on the My Island Job landing page for added marketing. Property features are typically for a 2-week period with an option to extend. You can decide to display any live or urgent roles or limit the property feature to a property content showcase only if you prefer.
Can employers connect My Island Job to their HR Management system?
Yes we have the capability to build secure API connections with your system providers. We have a specialised team dedicated to chain hotels for such essential requirements. Just let us know your requirements!
Can I cancel my subscription if I am not happy with the service and be refunded?
You can cancel your subscription within the first 30 days of subscription start date. A refund will be issued to the payment method used on pro-rated basis. If you have consumed a 14 day free trial already then refunds will not be possible once a subscription plan is purchased.
Does my subscription guarantee a certain volume of job seeker matches?
No, the service does not guarantee a defined minimum or maximum volume of matches.
Are there any hidden costs if employers decide to hire a job seeker that was introduced to through the My Island Job service?
No, there are no hidden costs beyond the advertised subscription fees. We don’t charge hiring commissions when candidates get hired.
Can employers access job seeker’s CV documents via the extranet?
Yes, job seekers can upload their CV document and employers can easily download the document in PDF format. In the event there is a job seeker profile which has only basic profile details but no CV document then employers can easily request the CV via their extranet.
Once there is a matching job seeker profile available in the extranet, can employers reach out to them to schedule an interview?
Yes, there is nothing stopping employers from reaching out to the matching candidate profiles. We provide contact details within the extranet under the “Matches” menu.
Can employers specify unique requirements for available vacancies and what are some examples of those?
Yes, we made it easy to select from popular pre-selections. Examples include language skills, experience years, team management experience, visa or relocation needs etc. If there is a specific requirement for vacancy that’s not populated in the extranet, then this can be included in the comments for the position or let us know directly if its an area of high priority.
If employers are looking to hire local vs international job seekers only, can this be setup when creating a vacancy posting?
Yes, this requirement can be easily selected in the extranet when posting vacancies.
If job seekers get reject by employers in the extranet, will job seekers be informed about the rejection status?
By default job seekers are not informed about rejection status updates or the respective rejection reason
