Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using the http://www.myislandjob.com website (the "Service") operated by My Island Solutions Ltd, 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom ("us", "we", or "our").

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.

The Service

We provide a service that endeavors to introduce people who are looking for employment to an employer, employers, or intermediaries (such as recruitment agencies) who provide or facilitate employment opportunities. We do not guarantee that a user of this service will find employment nor do we guarantee that an employer will find a suitable candidate or employee for their available vacancies. We are not responsible for any employee’s decision to seek or agree to new employment opportunities and we are also not responsible for the employer’s hiring decisions or any arising consequences of such a decision for either party.

A user will submit their personal information together with information about their current and/ or past employment information and other information (such as salary, names of their (previous)employers, dates of employment, etc.) we consider relevant or required to help the user seek relevant career opportunities and this information will be submitted to us and stored in a database which will be matched with available employment opportunities; To perform this service, we will forward such information to employers or recruiters.


The service is free of charge for job seekers and a fee is being charged to subscribers subject to the subscription tier selected and the terms and conditions outlined herein.

  • Payments are charged in United States Dollar (USD) currency ($).
  • All subscriptions are charged upfront for a 12-month period (The billing period), for example if the monthly subscription fee is $25.00, then a total charge of $300 will be applied to the payment method provided.
  • All payments are accompanied by an official invoice and unique invoice number.
  • Subscriptions are automatically charged for each billing period understood as 12 months, and you may be charged no more than 24 hours before each billing period.
  • If you wish to cancel your subscription before a new billing period, you may do so anytime during your existing subscription period.
  • Paid subscriptions can be cancelled and refunded within the first month of subscription (within 30 days) with the first month being payable on pro-rated basis, subject to the monthly fee of the selected subscription tier.
  • The free trial period can be utilized before a paid subscription starts. A free trial that is consumed before a paid subscription is purchased will start from the day of the users account creation and does not entitle the subscriber for a refund post payment.
  • Any subscription cancellation request received after the first month (30 days) are no longer understood as refundable.
  • Subscribers opting to upgrade their subscription will be charged the supplementary fee for the selected subscription tier and the absolute subscription start date will be assessed as the start date of the previous or first base subscription.
  • All subscription prices may be subject to change at our discretion. When you purchase a subscription, you will initially be charged at the rate in effect at the time you agree to the subscription.
  • If the subscription price changes during your active subscription (within a 12-month period) we will not levy or refund any additional or reduced charges to you. You may be required to agree to the new subscription rates during or ahead of the renewal of your billing or subscription period, should rate changes take effect. We will do our best to notify you of any changes to future subscriptions or renewals.
  • Refunds may take up to 30 days to reflect on the account used for payment, subject to third party payment provider terms over which we have no control. In exceptional circumstances refunds may take longer to reflect in your account.
  • Refunds to payment methods other than the primary payment method used to subscribe to our service are not possible.
  • Subscribers must ensure they have the needed authority or consent to use a preferred payment method to access the service. By processing a payment on the site, you agree that you have such authority and consent of the payment method owner.
  • We assume no accountability or control over additional fees being levied to the subscriber due to charges originating from the subscriber’s merchant, payment provider or other, not limited to currency conversion, processing fees or other associated charges.
  • Fraud checks may prevent a payment from being processed, if this happens you can contact our support team for further assistance.
  • We reserve all rights to verify the identity of the card payment holder in the interest of fraud prevention. We will validate the name, address, and other personal information supplied by you during the payment process against information held by the card issuer and integrator. By accepting these terms and conditions, you consent to such checks being made.
  • Payments via bank transfer or other may be possible on request but not guaranteed.
  • You will be responsible for any associated taxes originating from the subscription(s) or payment(s) to use this service. You must comply with any applicable tax laws, including preparing tax reports and paying any taxes arising from your use of the service. It is your responsibility to prepare tax reports and pay any applicable taxes.
  • Violations to any of our general terms and conditions may result in your account and subscription being suspended without the possibility or claim for a refund.
  • If you have questions related to payments, please reach out to our support team before processing your payment on the site as processing payments on the site is subject to the outlined terms and conditions.

Intellectual property rights

The Site and its original content, features, algorithms, and functionality are owned by My Island Solutions Ltd. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.


When you create an account with us, you must provide us with information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password, whether your password is with our Service or a third-party service.

You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

  1. losses which were not caused by our breach of these terms;
  2. any damage or loss which was not, at the time a relevant contract with you was formed, a reasonably foreseeable consequence of us breaching these Terms;
  3. losses relating to any businesses of yours, loss of profits or income, or loss of opportunity; or
  4. loss of information stored with the service, or inability to access information.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit our liability for: (i) death or personal injury, (ii) fraud, (iii) fraudulent misrepresentation; (iv) any implied terms as to title which cannot be excluded or limited by law; or (v) any liability which cannot be excluded or limited by law.

This site and its components are offered for informational purposes only; this site shall not be responsible or liable for the accuracy, usefulness, or availability of any information transmitted or made available via the site, and shall not be responsible or liable for any error or omissions in that information.

If you are a consumer, nothing in this section affects your legal rights.

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.

If we suspect any suspicious or criminal activity of any sorts we reserve the right to report any provided user information and activity to authorities in accordance with the law.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.


We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
